Carmen, Rainbow Polka Dot Swing Dress by Collectif

This pretty little number is so versatile with her lightweight viscose fabric and her dainty bespoke rainbow polka dot pattern. She features a milkmaid bust with a little decorative bow at the front and a scoop neck, complemented by short puff sleeves.
