UK STANDARD DELIVERY – FIRST CLASS POST
- We aim to despatch your order within 3-5 working days
- You can normally expect delivery within 10+14 working days.
- If you live overseas delivery is between 10-14 days.
- We will send your order by First Class Royal Mail.
- Royal Mail parcels are generally delivered with your normal post.
Please note that at busy times, it may take us a little longer to despatch items to you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- All international orders are sent by UK Royal Mail Air Mail service.
- Customers in Europe should add a further 5-10 working days and customers outside Europe should add a further 10-15 working days to the UK standard delivery dates.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
- If you live outside the EU local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.
RETURNS
Here at Lady B Loves we want you to be completely satisfied with all your purchases. We know that occasionally you will need to return items for either an exchange or a refund. Items can be returned within 14 days for either a refund or an exchange. All items returned must be unworn, in the original undamaged packaging and with labels and tags in place. When returning an item from outside the EU, please make sure you mark the customs slip as "returned goods" to avoid long delays at customs.
Postage and packaging costs are not refunded unless the item returned is faulty. However, if you exchange any item no additional postage and packaging will be charged.
When returning an item please make sure that the return slip is enclosed and completed so we can process your exchange/ refund efficiently.
We advise that you obtain proof of postage for any item returned.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN ON THE FOLLOWING:
RETURNS AFTER 14 DAYS
WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE ON LADY B SHORTIES UNLESS FAULTY. THIS IS DUE TO HEALTH AND HYGIENE REASONS AND THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT. THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS RELATING TO FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS. RETURNS FROM OVERSEAS
When returning goods from overseas please mark your package as clearly as possible RETURNED GOODS, not forgetting to pay your return postage.
- The address your parcel needs to be returned to is: Lady B Loves, 10 Royal Arcade, Norwich NR2 1NQ, England.
- Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed and are only returned on a standard airmail service and always obtain a certificate or receipt of posting.
- Please note that we are unable to accept parcels that have been returned to us via a courier service, insured postal service or any other service that requires a signature upon receipt.
