Q. How long do deliveries take?

A. Items are usually dispatched in 3 working days and are sent first class so should be with you in 3 to 5 working days for the UK. For full details on deliveries please see the Delivery Section.

 

Q. Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?

A. All items except for 'Shorties' (please see product description), can be returned for an exchange or a refund for any reason provided that the item is still in the original undamaged packaging, unworn and the care labels are still in place.

Q. I have received an incorrect item what should I do?

A. We apologise if you have received an incorrect item and unfortunately, on rare occasions, errors like this can happen. Please return the item to us and indicate if you would like a refund or a replacement. We will refund you for the postage costs incurred.
