Q. How long do deliveries take?
A. Items are usually dispatched in 5 working days and are sent first class so should be with you in 3 to 5 working days for the UK. For full details on deliveries please see the Delivery Section.
Q. Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?
A. All items except for 'Shorties' (please see product description), can be returned for an exchange or a refund for any reason provided that the item is still in the original undamaged packaging, unworn and the care labels are still in place.

A. Online purchases with tracking are not available at this time.
Q. I have received an incorrect item what should I do?
A. We apologise if you have received an incorrect item and unfortunately, on rare occasions, errors like this can happen. Please return the item to us and indicate if you would like a refund or a replacement. We will refund you for the postage costs incurred.
